Honey Wines Australia is the only operating commercial meadery in the Hunter Valley. We produce alcohol made from fermented honey, which is the oldest fermented drink in existence.

Our cellar door provides visitors with the opportunity to taste 6 flavours of mead on a paddle board and also taste a few varieties of honey at the end.
